What to do
Do not wear the item or remove its tags.
Keep the original packaging.
Go to the Returns Portal at oldschool.co.za/a/returns and log the return.
Select the reason indicating you received the wrong item.
Upload photographs of the item you received, including its tag or label.
Include your order number.
What happens next
Our Support Team will review the images against your original order and arrange for the incorrect item to be collected or returned. Where the item you ordered is still available, we will send it to you. Where it is no longer available, you will be offered a refund, an online gift voucher, or an alternative product of the same value.
