To process a gift exchange, we require the original order or purchase number.
If you have the order number
Log the exchange through our Returns Portal using the order number, or take the item to any Old School store with proof of purchase.
If you do not have the order number
Our Support Team may be able to locate the order using the purchaser's name or email address. Email [email protected] with as much of the following as you can provide:
The full name of the person who bought the gift.
The email address they are likely to have used.
The approximate date of purchase.
A description of the item, including size and colour.
The usual conditions apply
The 30-day window runs from the original date of purchase, not the date you received the gift.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and have its original tags and packaging.
