How to report a defect

  • Go to the Returns Portal

  • Select the affected item.

  • Choose the faulty or defective reason.

  • Upload clear, well-lit photographs showing the defect.

  • Add a short description of what is wrong and when you noticed it.

Timeframe

Manufacturing defects can be reported within 6 months of purchase, which is longer than our standard 30-day returns window.

What counts as a defect

A defect is a fault in the manufacture of the garment, such as a seam failure, a badge or print lifting under normal wear, or faulty stitching. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by washing contrary to the care instructions, and accidental damage are not defects.

Tips

  • Do not wash the item before reporting it, as washing can make it harder to assess the fault.

  • Photograph the defect up close, and take a second photo of the whole garment.

  • Include your order number.
