You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return, exchange, refund or gift voucher.
Condition of returned items
To be accepted, items must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Unworn
Unaltered
Returned with their original tags and packaging
We cannot accept returns of socks, swimwear, and certain headwear for hygiene reasons.
How to return or exchange
Log your return or exchange through our Returns Portal, also reachable under the Support tab at the top of the website. Alternatively, online orders may be returned to any Old School store. Follow the steps in the Returns Portal. If you have any trouble submitting a return or exchange feel free to contact our customer support team.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method and typically take 10–14 working days to reflect once your return has been processed.
Exclusions
International orders cannot currently be returned via oldschool.co.za. To submit a return or exchange on an order which was delivered outside of South Africa, please visit our international returns portal.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty items are handled separately. Manufacturing defects can be reported within 6 months of purchase.
