The full timeline
You send the item back or drop it at a store.
We receive it and inspect it against our returns conditions.
Once approved, the refund is released to your original payment method (if you opted for a refund).
Your bank or payment provider then takes 10–14 working days to reflect it.
Good to know
Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
If you chose an online gift voucher instead of a refund, it is issued far more quickly.
The clock starts when your return is processed, not when you posted it.
