Log your return or exchange through our Returns Portal, which you will find under the Support tab at the top of the website.
Step by step
Go to the Returns Portal.
Enter your order number and the email address used on the order.
Select the item or items you want to return or exchange.
Choose a reason (you may be asked to submit photo evidence).
Choose your outcome: an exchange, a refund, or an online gift voucher.
Follow the on-screen instructions to send the item back.
Returning in-store
Online orders may also be returned to any Old School store. Take the item, in its original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. In-store purchases can equally be returned through the online returns portal.
Before you start
You have 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered and have their original tags and packaging.
International orders cannot currently be returned via oldschool.co.za. To submit a return or exchange on an order which was delivered outside of South Africa, please visit our international returns portal.
