Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After that, the order moves into our fulfilment process and can no longer be cancelled.
Why the window is so short
Orders are picked and packed very quickly so that your parcel reaches you as fast as possible. Once picking begins, the order is committed.
If you are within 15 minutes
Visit our return portal which will allow you to cancel your order within the 15 minute window. If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button then the window was passed.
If you have missed the window
Contact us anyway. If the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier we may still be able to stop it, but we cannot guarantee this. If it has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the parcel to arrive and then log a return through our Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds on cancelled orders
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 10–14 working days to reflect once processed.
Please note: international orders cannot be returned or cancelled so make sure your order is correct before proceeding with checkout.
