What to send us
Your order number.
The name the order was placed under.
The full, correct delivery address including suburb, city and postal code.
A contact number for the courier.
Timing matters
Orders move into fulfilment quickly. The sooner you email us, the better the chance we can make the change. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we can no longer amend the address from our side. You will need to contact the courier directly for address updates.
Avoiding the problem
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout, and again on your order confirmation email.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, as a physical street address is required.
For complexes, estates and office parks, include the unit or suite number and any access instructions.
