Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Why we cannot deliver to a PO Box, and what address to use instead. Includes what to add for complexes, estates and office parks.

No. Our courier partners cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for every order.

Why

All orders are delivered by courier rather than by post. Couriers require a physical address where the parcel can be handed over and signed for, which a PO Box cannot provide.

What to use instead

  • A residential street address where someone will be available during business hours.

  • Your work address, often the most reliable option, as deliveries take place during business hours.

  • The address of a friend, neighbour or family member who can accept the parcel on your behalf.

For complexes and estates

Include your unit or house number, the complex or estate name, and any access instructions or gate codes the courier will need. Also make sure your contact number is correct, as couriers will often call on arrival.

If you have already placed an order using a PO Box address, email [email protected] immediately with your order number and a corrected street address.
