How the timeline works
There are two stages: the time we take to pick, pack and hand your order to the courier, and the time the courier takes to deliver it. The 2–5 and 5–7 business day figures above refer to the courier stage, which starts once you receive your tracking email.
Things that affect delivery time
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Outlying and rural areas can take longer than main centres.
Peak trading periods, such as Black Friday, festive season and major campaign launches, can extend timelines.
International parcels may be held briefly by customs in the destination country.
