Yes. As soon as your order is placed successfully, we send you an order confirmation email.
What the confirmation email includes
Your order number. Keep this, it is what we use to find your order.
A summary of the items you ordered, including sizes and quantities.
The total paid, including shipping.
The delivery address you entered at checkout.
What it does not mean
The order confirmation tells you that we have received your order and your payment was successful. It does not mean the order has shipped yet. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a second, separate email containing your tracking number and courier details. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to ship.
Please check the confirmation email carefully when it arrives, especially your delivery address. If something is wrong, contact [email protected] immediately with your order number. The sooner you tell us, the more likely we can still change it.
